Quick answer: Our warehouse guardrail kits are bolt-down steel systems rated to withstand a 10,000 lb impact at 4 mph when properly installed. Choose single height guardrail (19″ posts) to protect racking and equipment, or double height guardrail (41.5″ posts) for pedestrian walkways. Starter kits begin at $273 and add-on kits extend any run. See full specs on our warehouse guardrail systems page.
Our warehouse guardrail systems are bolt-down steel barriers that separate forklift traffic from people, racking, walls and equipment. Every run is built from the same modular parts: posts, rails and hardware kits, so you can start with a kit and extend it as your layout changes.
Choose single height guardrail to protect walls, machinery and walkway edges at bumper height, or double height guardrail for high-traffic forklift aisles, dock areas and pedestrian zones where a taller barrier is needed. Finish the layout with guardrail accessories such as lift-out adapters, angle adapters and pedestrian gates.

Use single height kits to protect racking ends, machinery and walls at forklift height, and double height kits where you need to separate pedestrians from forklift traffic.
One starter kit covers the first rail length. Add one add-on kit for each extra rail. For example, a 30 ft run with 10 ft rails needs one starter kit and two add-on kits.
